SCRAMBLE BLUSH


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
1 80g BEAR BRAND
1 20g MILO
¼ cup sugar
4 cups crushed ice
1 drop red food coloring
¼ cup cooked small sago


Procedure:
1.   Combine everything in a blender jar. Whip for 20 seconds until fully combined. Serve with more BEAR BRAND, MILO powder and sago on top if desired.

COOL RED COFFEE

Ingredients:
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup water
2 tbsp NESCAFÉ Classic
3 cups cold water
1 cup NESTLÉ Premium Squeeze Orange Juice
1 piece orange, cut into sections
Crushed or cubed ice
Grenadine syrup (optional)


Procedure:
  1. Prepare sugar syrup by combining brown sugar and water. 
  2. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved completely. 
  3. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a pitcher, dissolve NESCAFÉ Classic in 3 cups of water.  
  5. Pour in NESTLÉ Premium Squeeze Orange Juice and add orange sections.
  6. Sweeten with prepared sugar syrup according to taste.
  7. Add ice and 1 tbsp grenadine before serving. 
  8. Garnish with orange slices for presentation.

Coffee, whether with caffeine or decaffeinated,

COFFEE FROTH MILKSHAKE

 Ingredients:
1 cup NESTLÉ Low Fat Milk
3 pcs medium ripe bananas
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp NESCAFÉ Classic
1 125 NESTLÉ Yogurt, Sweetened
1 tsp vanilla 


Procedure:
Place the milk, banana, sugar, NESCAFÉ, yogurt, and vanilla in 
     a blender and blend until smooth. Place in a freezer for 
     1 hour or until slightly frozen. Serve immediately.


Nutritional Content: Calories: 218, Carbohydrates (g): 41.2
                                Protein (g): 6.7, Fats (g): 3.2 


Good to Know:
In general, 1 cup of milk or yogurt or 2-3 slices of 
cheese can be considered as 1 cup serving from the milk group.

Good to Remember:
Yogurts may also be used as dips for fruits and vegetables. 
It is a good source of calcium and contains less fat compared 
to mayonnaise.

MILKY MELON SAGO COOLER



Ingredients:
1 medium ripe melon, shredded
1 cup cooked sago
1 cup chopped cooked red gulaman
½ cup sugar or to taste
1 cup BEAR BRAND
2 liters water
Crushed ice



Procedure:
1. Combine melon, sago, gulaman, sugar,  BEAR BRAND and 
    water in a pitcher.
2. Keep in the refrigerator to chill. Serve with crushed 
    or cubed ice.

Good to Know:
Melon contains vitamin A and vitamin C, which both serve 

    as antioxidant to protect cell from potential damage 
    caused by free radicals.

    consumption to achieve 2-3 serving consumption in a day.

ORIENTAL SUNRISE



Ingredients:

2 cans (24 cl) DEL MONTE Sweetened Mango Juice Drink, chilled
1 can (24 cl) DEL MONTE Pine-Lychee Juice Drink, chilled
1/2 tsp grenadine syrup




Procedure:
1 COMBINE DEL MONTE Juices and pour into individual glasses. Add ice and place 1/8 tsp grenadine syrup in each glass.

Serves 4

PARADISE PUNCH



Ingredients:

2 cans (24 cl) DEL MONTE Pineapple Guava Juice Drink, chilled
1 can (24 cl) DEL MONTE Sweetened Orange Juice Drink, chilled
1 can (24 cl) DEL MONTE Sweetened Mango Juice Drink, chilled
1 can (24 cl) DEL MONTE Pineapple Crush Juice Drink, chilled
1/4 cup cold water
1 tbsp grenadine syrup




Procedure:
1 COMBINE all ingredients. Serve with ice.

Serves 6

CHOCOLATE-CARAMEL FLAN



Ingredients:
Flan:
2 cups NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
9 eggyolks

Caramel:
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
4 bars 40g NESTLE Dark Chocolate, chopped 



Procedure:
1. For Flan: Mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, evaporated milk, 
    and sugar in heavy medium saucepan. Add vanilla. Let boil 
    until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat.
2. Refrigerate until cold. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 

    Whisk eggyolks. Strain cream mixture into yolks. Whisk until 
    well-blended. Divide custard among 12 dessert cups. Bake in 
    baine marie until set. Cool.
3. For Caramel: Stir sugar and water in heavy saucepan over low 

    heat until syrup turns deep amber. Remove from heat. 
    Carefully add NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream. Place over low 
    heat until caramel bits melt and mixture is smooth. Remove 
    from heat and cool to room temperature.
4. For Chocolate: Bring NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream to simmer 

    in heavy saucepan. Remove from heat; add chocolate. Stir 
    until mixture is smooth. Cool to room temperature. Spoon 
    2 tablespoons caramel over flan. Refrigerate until set. Spoon 
    2 tablespoons chocolate over caramel. Refrigerate until set.

Good to Know:
Dark chocolate contains phenols which are known to lower 

    blood pressure.

Smoothies: Tropical Fantasy Smoothie


Ingredients:

2 cans Del Monte Sweetened Mango Juice Drink
2 pc ripe lacatan bananas
5 tbsp sugar
1 tsp calamansi juice
12 ice cubes


Procedure:
1 COMBINE all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth

Serves 5

Smoothies: WATERMELON-PINE SHAKE


Ingredients:

350 g watermelon flesh, cut into chunks and chilled
2 cans Del Monte Sweetened Pineapple Juice Drink, chilled
1/4 cup sugar
12 pc ice cubes

Procedure:

1 COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.



Serves 6
Good source of Potassium – for proper muscle and nerve functioning.

Smoothies: Coffee and Tea Blast


Ingredients:
1 tbsp NESCAFÉ CLASSIC
1-2 tbsp NESTEA Iced Tea Lemon
1 cup cold water
½ tsp red food coloring
ice
Procedure:
  1. Combine NESCAFÉ Classic, NESTEA Iced Tea Lemon, water and red food coloring in a tightly covered container.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour in a glass and serve with ice.


Makes 1 – 2 servings.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp
NESCAFÉ CLASSIC
1 tbsp
COFFEE-MATE
½ cup
hot water
½ cup
cold water
¼ cup
cooked sago
¼ cup
cooked gulaman
ice
Procedure:
  1. Dissolve NESCAFÉ CLASSIC, COFFEE-MATE, and sugar in hot water.
  2. Pour cold water.
  3. Add the cooked sago and gulaman.
  4. Mix well then add ice.

Makes 3 servings.
