Smoothies: WATERMELON-PINE SHAKE


Ingredients:

350 g watermelon flesh, cut into chunks and chilled
2 cans Del Monte Sweetened Pineapple Juice Drink, chilled
1/4 cup sugar
12 pc ice cubes

Procedure:

1 COMBINE all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.



Serves 6
Good source of Potassium – for proper muscle and nerve functioning.
