Foil-packet Salmon Fillet

Here's a healthy, easy-to-do recipe you can whip up on date night.

Serves 1 to 2


1  (250-gram) salmon fillet
1/8 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon


 Place a salmon fillet in the center of a piece of foil. Set aside. 

 In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and dried tarragon; pour over fillet. 

3  Roll up foil to seal the fish. 

 Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked. 

5  Serve with rice or mashed potatoes on the side.
