| 4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 | pc | medium onion, chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | tengang daga (mushroom), soaked in water then sliced |
| 1 | can | (365g) DEL MONTE Spaghetti Meat Sauce |
| 3 | squares | (350 g) tokwa (or tofu), fried and cut into chunks |
| 1 | pc | medium red bell pepper, cut into cubes |
Process
| 1 | SAUTÉ garlic, onion and tengang daga. Add DEL MONTE Spaghetti Meat Sauce, 1/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt (or 1/2 tbsp iodized rock salt) and 1/4 tsp pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes. |
| 2 | ADD tokwa and bell pepper. Allow to simmer. |
