Orange Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry



Wow your family at dinner tonight. Give up your default dish and introduce fruity (orange!) and unique flavors on your next meal.

Serves 7  
Prep Time 10 minutes  
Cooking Time 15 minutes


Ingredients:

1/2 kilo beef sukiyaki cut
3 teaspoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 cup sugar peas
1 cup broccoli florets
1/4 cup liquid seasoning with calamansi
chopped cashews as topping
1 tablespoon oil
pepper to taste



Procedure:

 In a mixing bowl, toss beef and cornstarch. Set aside.



2  Heat oil in a nonstick pan on medium-high heat. Add meat mixture; stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

3  While browning, add in the marmalade and ginger.

4  When meat is cooked through, add broccoli, sugar peas, and soy sauce; mix well.

5  Cover; simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.

 Top with chopped cashews.
