Pork Sisig



A popular Pampangueno dish usually served as pulutan

Ingredients
1/2 pig's head (1 cheek 1 ear)
2 pieces 11g MAGGI Beef Broth Cubes
cooking oil for deep-frying

1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp calamansi juice
2 tbsp MAGGI Savor Classic
3 pieces tokwa, fried & minced
100g pork liver, fried and minced
2 finger chilies (pansigang), minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium white onion, minced


Procedure
    1.  Cook pig's head in enough water andMAGGI Beef Broth 
         Cube until fork-tender. Drain broth very well and 
         deep-fry until golden and crisp. Drain in paper towels 
         and mince. 2.  Dissolve MAGGI MAGIC SARAP in calamansi and 
         MAGGI Savor. Toss with minced pork and the rest of 
         the ingredients. Serve on a sizzling plate.
