Ingredients
1/2 pig's head (1 cheek 1 ear)
2 pieces 11g MAGGI Beef Broth Cubes
cooking oil for deep-frying
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp calamansi juice
2 tbsp MAGGI Savor Classic
3 pieces tokwa, fried & minced
100g pork liver, fried and minced
2 finger chilies (pansigang), minced
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium white onion, minced
2 pieces 11g MAGGI Beef Broth Cubes
cooking oil for deep-frying
1 8g sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp calamansi juice
2 tbsp MAGGI Savor Classic

100g pork liver, fried and minced

Procedure
- 1. Cook pig's head in enough water andMAGGI Beef Broth
- Cube until fork-tender. Drain broth very well and
- deep-fry until golden and crisp. Drain in paper towels
- and mince.
2. Dissolve MAGGI MAGIC SARAP in calamansi and
- MAGGI Savor. Toss with minced pork and the rest of
- the ingredients. Serve on a sizzling plate.
