FETTUCCINE WITH MUSHROOMS AND CREAM


Ingredients:
1/3 cup minced shallots
2 tbspolive oil
3 pieces Shiitake mushrooms, rehydrated and cut into 

                                           thin strips
1 piece 11g MAGGI Chicken Broth Cube, dissolved in
1/4 cup water
1 300g can NESTLE Cream
1/4 cup minced basil leaves
300 g fettuccine, cooked as directed
1/4 cup sundried tomatoes, cut into strips
Parmesan cheese, grated


Procedure:
1. Sauté shallots in olive oil.
2. Stir in mushrooms until limp.
3. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer.
4. Add NESTLÉ Cream and basil leaves.
5. Toss in cooked fettuccine and sundried tomatoes.
6. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and French bread.
