Spaghetti In Pesto With Hungarian Sausage


500 grams cooked spaghetti

Pesto Sauce:
50 grams basil leaves, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup cashew nuts
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus
1/8 teaspoon AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning

1 cup diced fried Hungarian sausage
parmesan cheese


* Arrange spaghetti noodles in a serving plate.

* Mince and blend basil leaves, garlic, cashew nuts, parmesan cheese, soy sauce, olive oil,
AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus and AJI-NO-MOTO Super Seasoning in a blender. Blend until it reaches a rich and pasty consistency.

* Pour over spaghetti and top with Hungarian sausage, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
