SQUID IN SAFFRON SAUCE


Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 kg squid, cleaned and peeled
pinch of saffron
1/4 cup MAGGI Savor Classic
1/4 cup NESTLE All Purpose Cream


Procedure:
1. Heat oil and saute onions.
2. Add in squid and saffron; cook until squid is done.
3. Pour in MAGGI Savor and NESTLE All Purpose Cream. Heat through.

Good to Know:
