POTATO AND SAUSAGE SALAD

Ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 kg German franks, sliced 1/4 in. thick
1/2 kg baby potatoes, boiled
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 clove garlic crushed
Dressing: Combine and mix well -
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 can 300g NESTLE Cream
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAPsalt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
    1. Heat oil and stir-fry sausages just until heated through. 2. Combine the rest of the ingredients for salad and toss in dressing.
