Skewered Ham & Mushroom w/ Garlic-Lemon Dip

1/2 kilo ham, cut into 1" square
1 1/2 cups blanched button mushrooms
1/4 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons honey
1 pack 2.8 grams AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus

* Dredge ham and button mushrooms in brown sugar.
* Thread ham and button mushrooms alternately on a
   bamboo stick.

* Grill for 5-10 minutes, turning both sides for even cooking.
* Serve immediately with dip.
* Prepare dip, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and honey.
  Sprinkle AJI-SHIO Garlic Plus and mix well.
  Chill before serving.
