Pork Tenderloin With Apple Stuffing


Ingredients:
1 kilo whole pork tenderloin, sliced open lengthwise 
       and flattened
1 pack 7 grams
AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE 
       SEASONING MIX
2 tablespoons butter
1/8 cup minced garlic
100 grams ground pork
1/3 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon cayenne powder
2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
1/2 cup peeled and chopped apple
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 pack 7 grams
AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE 
       SEASONING MIX

Sauce:
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon honey
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved in
3/4 cup chicken stock
1/2 pack 7 grams
AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE 
        SEASONING MIX




Procedure:
* Rub pork with AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING 
         MIX and set aside.
* Heat butter in pan and saute garlic until light brown. 
         Add ground pork, nutmeg, ground pepper, dry mustard, 
         thyme,cayenne powder and spring onion. Mix well and 
         cook until pork turns light brown. Add apple and honey. 
         Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING 
         MIX. Blend well and simmer in low heat for 2 minutes. 
* Spread ground pork mixture over flattened pork and roll. 
         Fasten seams with toothpicks to secure filling.
* Transfer in a greased grill rack and bake for 45 minutes at 
         350 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Prepare sauce, heat butter in a sauce pan.
* Saute garlic and parsley. Add honey and pour in cornstarch 
         mixture. Simmer until slightly thickened. Sprinkle  
         AJINOMOTO GINISA ALL PURPOSE SEASONING MIX and 
         simmer for another minute.
* Pour on top of tenderloin slices.
