Curried Vegetable and Shrimps

 
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons cooking oil
2 tablespoons ginger strips
1 cup shelled shrimps
2 cups thick coconut cream (1st press)
1 cup cubed squash
1 cup cubed potatoes
2 tablespoons curry powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 pack 7 grams AJINOMOTO GINISA All Purpose Seasoning Mix



Procedure:
1. In hot oil, sauté ginger until fragrant.
2. Add shrimps and stir fry until it turns pinkish-orange.
3. Pour coconut cream and boil.
4. Add squash and potatoes. Simmer for 15 minutes or until 

    vegetables are tender.
5. Add sugar and mix well. Sprinkle AJINOMOTO GINISA All 

    Purpose Seasoning Mix and simmer for another minute 
    before turning off the fire.

Makes 6 servings
