Serves 1 to 2
Ingredients:
1 (250-gram) salmon fillet
1/8 cup melted butter
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon dried tarragon
Procedure:
1 Place a salmon fillet in the center of a piece of foil. Set aside.
2 In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and dried tarragon; pour over fillet.
3 Roll up foil to seal the fish.
4 Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked.
5 Serve with rice or mashed potatoes on the side.
