VEGETABLE STRIPS WITH SWEET AND SPICY DILIS AND SQUID IN SIMPLE VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients:
1 piece carrot, julienne cut
1 medium pipino, seeded, skin on, julienne cut
1 small singkamas, julienne cut
¼ cup sweet and spicy dilis
¼ cup sweet and spicy squid, chopped into pieces
½ cup store-bought mixed nuts
Wansuy cut-ups

Vinaigrette: Whisked together -
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp patis
¼ cup cane vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
Salt and pepper to taste


Procedure:
1. Arrange carrots, pipino and singkamas in a salad plate.
   Garnish with dilis, squid, mixed nuts and wansuy on top if
   desired. Keep in the chiller until ready to serve.
2. Drizzle with the prepared vinaigrette just before serving.
