3/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
6 cloves garlic, minced
5 pieces (about 500 grams) fresh tuna steaks,

lemon wedges, to serve
Procedure:
1 Make the Lemon-Mint Marinade: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
