Ingredients:
1 kg medium size squid, cleaned, ink sac and outer skin removed
2 pieces lemongrass stalk, crushed then chopped
1 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped tomatoes
¼ cup chopped coriander
1 tsp MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
2 tbsp brown sugar

Coriander-Savor Dip: Combine –
¼ cup cane vinegar
¼ cup MAGGI SAVOR – Calamansi
1-2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP

¼ cup MAGGI SAVOR – Calamansi
1-2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Pinch of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
Procedure:
*Marinate squid with lemon grass and MAGGI MAGIC SARAP for 30 minutes. Set aside.
*In a bowl, combine onions, tomatoes, coriander, MAGGI MAGIC
SARAP and sugar. Set aside.
*Stuff squid with 2-3 tbsp of the onion-tomato mixture. Grill for
10 minutes while basting with mixture of MAGGI SAVOR,
Calamansi and brown sugar.
*Serve immediately with the prepared Coriander-Savor Dip.
