Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 k large shrimps, peeled tails intact
1 11g MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cube
1 tbsp fresh lemon zest, grated
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt to taste
Procedure:
1. Melt butter. Saute garlic.
2. Stir in shrimps and broth cube.
3. When shrimp is pink and half-cooked, add the lemon zest
and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
